Dr. Yvette Dellanini Ward and her team are miracle workers. I was first introduced to Dr. Dellanini Ward by my doctor who specializes in unexplained infertility and unexplained early pregnancy losses . He urged me to make regular appointments with Yvette during our quest to get and stay pregnant.
I absolutely love coming to Sage Health & Wellness! I come in regularly for B12 shots and Myers Cocktails, and every visit is a great experience. Nurse Natalie is amazing — she’s so knowledgeable, gentle, and always makes me feel completely comfortable.
Dr. Iris was very helpful to me in recovering from POTS / long COVID and getting a chronic inner ear disease under control. I have been getting acupuncture treatment at Sage Welness for the past 18 months and it has helped me in so many ways: reducing the inflammation of endometriosis, maintaing healthy liver and kidneys, feeling empowered in my journey to motherhood, reducing levels of stress and headaches.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
