From the reviews
Great massage with gua sha and cupping included as needed. Molly began every session with a check-in to see how I was doing and what was giving me trouble. She then worked those areas and other areas as intuited during our session. I definitely recommend Molly. Find her on Facebook to schedule an appointment.
I was suffering from a debilitating pain beginning at my shoulder blade continuing to my elbow. Molly was able to identify the root cause and compassionately work on the problem areas. By the end of the session I had movement back and was able to regain pain free motion.
Molly is literally the best LMT I’ve ever been to. She’s extremely knowledgeable regarding many different aspects of massage and always goes above & beyond my expectations.
Molly is a professional, licensed medical massage therapist who has helped me release two decades of pain. What I thought was permanent pain is nonexistent now. Our sessions help me release new pain and learn how to maintain flexibility. Thank you, Molly!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
