I started going to Dr. Rizza in 2017 when I was experiencing pain in my elbows and lower back. He explained to me what was causing the issue and what would fix the issue. A few visits later Dr. Rizza recommend doing cupping therapy on my elbow to fix the cause of the issue.
Dr. Rizza does it again….About three years ago, I wrenched my back after slipping on some ice. I could barely twist my hips or walk around. I went in to see Dr. Rizza and after the first visit I was able to start walking and moving almost normal again. After a few weeks of treatment, my back never felt better.
I started seeing Dr. Rizza about 2 years ago for lower back pains. I’ve never see a chiropractor before, but in the short time that I’ve seen Dr. Rizza, my pains are almost non-existent. He’s very knowledgeable in his craft and his entire office staff is very professional.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
