Had a wonderful massage done by Kevin. I was long over due. He was very professional and asked what body part really needed to be worked on. My sciatic was really bothering me and he zoned in on that spot. Needless to say it’s not bothering me anymore. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone that needs a massage.
Beth and her practitioners are incredible! I booked a mini psychic fair for 10 at my house and everyone was awestruck!!
The Holistic Dragon in Watertown is such a beautiful and welcoming space. I’ve had such a wonderful experience with the Reiki, sound baths, events, and yoga. Everything feels intentional, peaceful, and heart-centered.
Kevin is very professional, attentive, and genuinely caring massage therapist. He takes the time to listen, understand what is bothering you, and focus on the areas of your body that need the most attention and care.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
