From the reviews
I’ve been going to Massage Heights for a bit now, and it’s consistently a good experience. The atmosphere is quiet and clean, and the front desk staff is always friendly and gets you checked in quickly without any hassle. If you’re looking for a great therapist, I highly recommend booking with Brittany.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Massage Heights and was fortunate enough to have David as my massage therapist. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. David truly has a gift for understanding exactly what your body needs. The massage was not only incredibly relaxing, but also therapeutic.
David did a fantastic job. Even though I’ve had massages for over 20 years, he explained the entire process and made sure I didn’t have any questions before he started, he was very professional. This was by far the best massage I have had in my 20 years of having massages.
Katelyn and Sierra were both so welcoming and helpful when I first got there. Katelyn was exceptional in explaining everything, she was awesome! David was the best!! He concentrated on all of my problem areas and made me feel so comfortable. I can't wait to come back!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
