TOTAL GAME CHANGER. Dean Keller is amazing! He is incredibly knowledgable and passionate in what he does. I had a buldging disc in my back which was affecting my ability to stand and walk. As part of my therapy I came to see him for some acupuncture and cupping therapy.
Dean Keller has helped me by treating my sports related strains, spains and injuries. He always listens and is very attentive to your needs. The acupuncture always help me feel better alomst immediately after only a few treatments. As a plus, he is very knowledgeable about herbal treaments.
I've had several acupuncture sessions with Dean Keller over the years. I've had acupuncture sessions for sports related injuries like sprained ankles and strained knees. The acupuncture helped my injuries heal much faster so that I could get back to doing the activities i enjoy participating in.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
