What clients say about the cupping here
“She's authentic, client-centered, knowledgeable, professional, effective, and just a good human - everything you need in an exceptional massage therapist.”
“As for massage, Paige listens carefully and then reconciles and adapts what you're feeling/saying with what she's observing while doing your massage using multiple modalities.”
“In the end, my muscles felt relaxed, my skin felt soft and almost exfoliated and I felt tired - but in a good, rested, and restored way, similar to a massage.”
“I highly recommend Paige for anyone who feels like giving their body a special treatment, and anyone who needs help in recovery.”
From the reviews
Paige, a highly qualified and experienced bodyworker, is an exceptional listener who uses a holistic approach to provide the best therapeutic massage. I have repetitive knee pain due to previous injuries, overuse, and improper body alignment.
Paige is my go-to massage therapist. I have had long standing issues with my shoulders and neck, and seeing her regularly has alleviated that pain. She is a healer! She has an intuitive sense of where on your body needs the most work, and can be both gentle or firm, depending on your specific needs.
Such a great experience, Paige was awesome! I started off with a massage with some cupping which left my muscles feeling so relaxed and then moved on to an hour float. This was my first time doing a float tank and it’s such a cool feeling, I was able to really zen out while floating there.
I've been to Paige at Boundless Bodywork, and I can't recommend her enough! Her massages are absolutely amazing, and you can really tell she knows her stuff. If you need high-quality massage therapy, this is the place to go.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
