From the reviews
Anne and team are lovely. Anne has an incredible passion for helping others. She is extremely knowledgeable, highly intuitive and incredibly nurturing in her practice. In addition to acupuncture, she employs cupping, laser and scraping to support my sports recovery as well as general well-being.
Each practitioner at Mulberry Acupuncture and Wellness has been instrumental in keeping my body healthy and aligned. Though I have several autoimmune issues, keeping my regular treatment schedule has helped me overcome setbacks, avoid hospitalizations and obtain a level of healing that I wouldn't otherwise achieve.
I’ve been going to Mulberry Acupuncture and working with Courtney for almost a year. She is attentive, informative, and offers helpful solutions. She’s helped me with various issues including tendinitis, neck/shoulder tension, and stress relief. By far the most helpful have been treatments to help with digestion/IBS.
Mulberry Acupuncture and Wellness is truly exceptional—I can’t recommend them highly enough! Working with Courtney over the past several months has been an incredibly supportive and comforting experience on my fertility journey.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
