From the reviews

Jenna's work is so comprehensive and uplifting. She listens attentively and incorporates a wide variety of wonderful modalities into her work. Every session starts with a thorough check-in, and a beautiful balance of acupuncture, Shiatsu, energy work, Shamanism, cupping and more!

★★★★★ — Amy, Aug 2017

I absolutely LOVE Jenna! I have struggled with migraines since I was 9 years old, I am currently 28. My migraines are completely debilitating because I can’t see and I get very nauseous. I’ve been seeing Jenna since July and haven’t had a migraine since!

★★★★★ — Amber, Jan 2019

I’ve had dozens of acupuncture sessions over the years, and Jenna is by far the best. The space she’s created is beautiful and calming, and the energy she brings into her sessions is so grounded and attuned.

★★★★★ — Leah, Oct 2025

I have been working with Jenna for about 4-5 months now and every visit has been incredibly positive and healing for my mind, body, and soul. No matter how disjointed my thoughts and concerns might be when I enter the room, she finds a way to identify exactly what I need and "work her magic" (as I like to call it).

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
