From the reviews

As a regular, I felt compelled to write a review after seeing this business get a negative review. From my personal experience with this practitioner, she is nothing but professional. I cannot see her call any of her patients "stubborn" or treat them with any disrespect of that manner.

★★★★★ — Lino, May 2023

La Ray massage is attentive and able to provide a good solid massage, which is very important to me as I prefer and need massage therapy that can apply a fair amount of pressure.

★★★★★ — Jason, Jan 2023

I have been experiencing the healing power of Paiges’ hands for over 2 years. She is a true professional and cares about her clients. Also, my time spent getting massaged has kept me up and running! I believe in the the human touch. And Paige has a great understanding of maintaining a steady flow with her hands.

★★★★★ — Michael, Oct 2019

Paige is very nice and professional. Workplace is exceptionally clean. Massage was phenomenal. For my deep tissue, she asked how much pressure, i said hard and thats exactly what she did. In parking lot right after massage, relieved of the constant stiffness, tension and pain i had when I got here.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
