Wish I could give 10 stars. Dr. Dan is an all around amazing human and chiropractor. He's knowledgeable, easy going, and truly cares about people. I love his holistic approach and experience in athletic training/sports injuries. His flexibility with scheduling is a huge bonus.
I needed to see a chiropractor ASAP on a Saturday. I tried calling the location and no answer. HOWEVER, he called me back. Nice, right? It was on the fly appt, so he did an initial. Assessed my stance and movements before deciding what to do.
Dr. Eichner is great. Very nice, very respectful. He spent a lot of time doing initial assessment, he cracked it all. and recommended exercises at home for me to do to help! No chiro has ever done that. I really love that he used to be an athletic trainer and knows a lot of everything! Will continue to go to home.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
