From the reviews

This was my first massage EVER. I had a tummy tuck and felt like a lymphatic drainage massage would help. Tammy was amazing! I had so much extra fluid and swelling and I swear it is all gone. I feel fantastic. The atmosphere was so calming, and we had great conversation.

I tell everyone about how good of a massage therapist she is and always recommend her. A few of my friend have gone to her too. She's sensitive to your needs and uses the techniques she feels will work best for you!

★★★★★ — Melinda, Nov 2021

I never really believed this type of therapy could help someone like me. I've jumped out of just about everything the Marine Corps would allow. I have a ton of broken stuff so I was very hesitant and doubtful. I promised my wife I'd try it, and I'm so thankful I did.

Second time here! I like the staff, all the workers are great at their job. I recently had Charley work on my back and neck. She has her own personal technique that I really liked and it was a nice break from your average massage.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
