I have seen many physical therapists over the years for a variety of issues and Jade is truly the best of them all! She has so much knowledge and insight and talks to you in a natural, easy going way that helps me understand more of what's going on.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Jade for years now and she truly is outstanding! Her expertise in cupping and dry needling, combined with her deep knowledge and experience, makes every session incredibly effective. She takes the time to understand your needs and tailor treatments that provide real relief and improved mobility.
Jade is an absolute treasure trove of knowledge. Every session with her is a chance to learn so much about your body mechanics and how to make targeted adjustments that advance your progress and prevent future issues.
We traveled all the way from Boston to see Jade because she took the time to truly care for our baby. She not only worked with him during each visit but also taught us exactly what to do at home so we could continue his progress.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
