From the reviews
Jaime Goss is an amazing physical therapist. With the help of Jaime I was able to achieve goals I never thought were possible. I have had back issues for years and I finally feel like there is hope for me to get back to the things I loved to do.
I’ve been to Highbar Physical Therapy twice now, and both experiences have been great. The first time was in 2023 with Rebecca—she was super kind, patient, and really helped me manage my chronic on-and-off pain so I could feel better overall.
I was referred to Highbar Physical Therapy to help with hip and leg pain. This was my first ever referral for physical therapy. I have seen Bryan three times so far and couldn't be happier with my experience.
The staff at this facility are amazing. I suffered a back injury in a car accident, and they help me to the point where I could go back to work, which requires a lot of standing and bending. They were very attentive and careful in creating a stretching plan that I can use moving forward.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
