From the reviews
It was a wonderful massage, I definitely felt lighter when I left. The cups and fascia were amazing!! I’ll definitely be back for another session
Megs is trained and practiced in a variety of complimentary energetic and healing modalities which allow her to provide a layered approach and to skillfully personalize sessions. A fantastic local wellness resource!
I had a great experience for my first time, I went in with a shoulder injury. I could not fully extend my arm, it's not 100% yet but I think it was excellent choice. I plan on going again when time permits.
Megs is wonderful! Knowledgable, thorough and always puts me into a deep relaxation by the end. The 1.5 hour session is worth it. I’ve been to her at least a dozen times and will continue!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
