Why Integrative Wellness Bodywork is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “lts-driven bodywork that helps clients address chronic tension, pain, and movement restrictions-not just temporary relaxation. What clients say about the cupping here
“She’s very technical and knowledgeable, and she gives helpful advice and even “homework” or exercises to keep improving between sessions.”

From the reviews
Kerissa is very professional with a cozy space. My husband walked in unable to move his neck or barely stand. She worked the area with cupping and he walked out so much better! Highly recommend.
Kerissa is an amazing person and therapist. I really appreciate her attention to detail and pace. I go to Kerissa for scoliosis pain and everything else. She is able to find things no other massage therapist has. I love how knowledgeable she is about the human body and how she is always gives people her best.
Kerissa is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to! Her knowledge and technique make every experience fantastic! If you’re looking for a new massage therapist that gives results you’ve found her!!
I had a great experience with Kerissa at Integrative Wellness Bodywork. She really pays attention to the intake sheet and listens to exactly what you want worked on, especially problem areas.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
