From the reviews

Such an amazing experience at Integrative Physical Therapy!!! From my first phone call to them, to every visit, I have been treated with kindness and respect from everyone there!! The office staff is so professional! They make it so easy to navigate appointments, insurance and anything else you need.

I have had many physical therapy experiences in my life. This company is the best by far. They work with you on a hands on individual level and they listen to your input. When I report my issues they evaluate and find the source of weakness and a plan is made to strengthen it!

★★★★★ — Susan, Aug 2024

I had a really good experience with Integrative Physical Therapy. I had been having issues with my SI joint and pelvic floor and was referred here by my chiropractor. My PT was Alex, she was great and helped me regain a lot of movement and reduce pain significantly to the point I almost feel like my old self.

★★★★★ — Noelia, Jun 2025

IPT is the BEST OF THE BEST! I’ve gone for 3 pregnancies for pelvic floor therapy and support. Patty is so wonderful, compassionate and TALENTED! If you want a highly skilled, professional and welcoming support team, this is the place for you!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
