From the reviews

Mike was great, gauged pressure very well and dug into the places I’d asked him to. Thanks Mike! Being out of town, I loved that I could schedule within 24 hours since I had Some immediate issues that needed to be addressed. For that I was willing to pay.

★★★★☆ — Trisha, Jun 2025

I came in as a new guest and had an incredible massage with Mike—he was absolutely excellent. Super down-to-earth, kind, and gave the perfect amount of pressure. The only thing I didn’t love? I wish it was longer. That’s not on him though—it’s the setup. Anyhow, let’s talk about the “60-minute massage” claim.

I had my first experience with Elements Massage several weeks ago. I was greeted warmly by the front desk person, and it's good to get your online forms filled out in advance so you are just in the relax mindset. Also, it helps your massage therapist prepare to know what to focus on. Danielle was amazing!

I booked last minute before I checked out of the resort. Michele at the front desk and massage therapist Heather were great!! Michele was very welcoming when I arrived and also told me about a special the last Wednesday of the month for ladies after my service was complete. That was great information.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
