From the reviews
As soon as you walk in, you feel so calm and relaxed. Colleen was very professional and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. I loved the cupping part of my massage and the hot stones. It was very relaxing. I will be returning.
I have been receiving massages from Colleen for the past year and could not think more highly of her work. She is personable and knowledgeable. She asks good questions and listens closely to the answers, and then tailors her treatment accordingly.
Amazing location for ambiance inside and ease of parking outside in the heart of Clifton Park with very reasonable prices. I drive a lot for work and have been seeing Colleen for my back with medical and Swedish massage and feel so much better! She is amazing.
Dynamic Wellness is very peaceful once you walk through their front door. Very kind and welcoming people. Most importantly Colleen was awesome! The massage was very relaxing and done very well. The perfect amount of pressure (I prefer more), and she would confirm with me.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
