From the reviews

Claire is a kind and caring soul who uses her craft to hold a grounding space for her clients. In our sessions she blended a anatomy-based sports massage and traditional healing. I originally saw her for back tension, sports recovery, and headaches, and the results were transformative.

Claire is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a wholistic approach to bodywork. She is professional, kind and genuinely cares about her clients' wellbeing. Over the years she has helped me with acute muscular pain as well as some digestive issues.

★★★★★ — Kamila, Nov 2025

Claire’s work is truly unique. I started working with Claire at a time when I was struggling with a variety of health issues that weren’t being treated in a way that helped me actually feel better. Claire listened, made me feel understood, and took my pain seriously.

★★★★★ — Mallory, Nov 2025

Claire provided me with a very kind and thoughtful space for my health issues. One of those included having low back pain where I was having trouble walking and sleeping well. After working with claire, the pain was relieved and soon after was completely gone. I would recommend seeing her to anyone.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
