From the reviews

Christina is awesome! Highly recommended. I have had acupuncture, gua sha, some massage, and cupping done so far during my appts, and they have all been great experiences. Very knowledgeable, good listener, dedicated to her craft.

★★★★★ — Jp, May 2025

You know you’ve found someone really good when you’re nervous to leave a review and risk their schedule getting too filled up for you to keep coming in easily! But, Christina does such a great job that I feel an obligation to share! She is very thorough and does a great mix of techniques.

★★★★★ — Mary, Sep 2024

Christina Hart is truly exceptional. Her combination of intuition, sensitivity, and technical skill makes every session feel deeply restorative and uniquely tailored. She has an incredible ability to sense what my body and mind need, often identifying imbalances I hadn’t even articulated.

★★★★★ — Elizabeth, Nov 2025

Christina is the best best best! Not only is she such a great healer, but she will make you feel welcome in her peacefully curated space and treat you like family. Thanks to her, I am continuing to make progress in my chronic pain management and I feel free to live life. Thank you so much!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
