I started going to Dr. Jenn with alot of back pain that would not go away. She took the time to explain everything to me and we began the treatment right away. After about 3 visits the pain began going away and I have been pain free for several months now.
Dr. Mary you are amazing!!! I have a herniated L4-L5 disc in my back. The pain was a solid 9 out of 10 so bad I couldn't walk. It shot right down from my back all the way down my leg to my foot. My foot had a pins and needles feel and my toes were numb. I told all of this to Dr. Mary.
Great staff and environment. Doc Jackson is welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. Worked with an insurance SNAFU, shocker in RI I know, so I could get in and be seen quickly. Will continue to visit for relief and relaxation as needed.
My Chi is really messed up but I understand it much better now. Not only has Michelle helped me through very effective Accupunture, she has taken the time to listen and explain things to me. What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
