From the reviews
I love every visit with Tiffinie. She is knowledgeable calming and accommodating. I first went to her based off a recommendation from a friend. I had an unfamiliar pain in my back, tried everything from massage to stretching to yoga and even muscle relaxers, nothing helped.
When I started seeing Tiffine Tang for acupuncture and cupping 6 months ago my hormones were so out of wack I was covered in hives, so anxious and depressed I was debilitated from preforming at my job let alone enjoying life.
Such a welcoming, healing environment! This was my first time getting acupuncture (needles and cupping) done, and Sara did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable, explaining the purpose of each thing she did, and listening to my needs. I am feeling great and looking forward to returning soon for more treatments!
I suffer from a progressive rheumatological disorder. It started when I was 18 with severe back spasms. Its focus is on the spine and Sacroiliac joint. Over the summer 2025 it got severe enough I almost couldn’t walk. I had heard that acupuncture worked for some people with similar disorders.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
