What clients say about the cupping here
“She is a good listener and I felt at ease.”
From the reviews
Grace is an amazing acupuncturist and healer. She tunes into the spirit, body and mind of the client. She desires healing for the whole person. She has wonderful bedside manner while doing this work which helps you to surrender to the treatment she is offering.
I came to see grace last year because I was dealing with a lot of stress. I found her office to be very nice and Grace to be very professional. She is a good listener and I felt at ease. I found her treatments to be helpful as I left the office each time feeling better, calmer and lighter.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
