I have come here many years. The ladies are polite, have very good technique and give a great Swedish massage. They have used hot stones and cupping and that has helped me many times. The place is clean and calm and I highly recommend them.
I just had a 2hour experience at golden hands , Mary ( the manager )was very welcoming and easy to talk to on the phone. I received a deep tissue massage from Margret , including back walk. Margret finished the experience with walking cup. Golden hands is truly legit if you are looking for honest body work.
I feel brand new, all thanks to MARGRET!!!! I got a 90 minute massage and she recommended the cupping. I came in feeling all shrimpy and hunched over. Now I stand tall and feel no tension in my shoulders or back at all. This is my new go to place.
MAGIC HANDS!!! This is the best massage studio I have ever been to. Margaret took excellent care of me. I feel soo relaxed. Margaret is very knowledgeable about the anatomy and musculature. She didn’t just beat me up; but I could feel each layer loosen as she worked with precision on my back.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
