From the reviews

I had pain in my right shoulder. Shawn worked on the muscles and nerves in my neck, arm and back and decreased the pain to a very low level. Then he followed up with shock wave, and got the pain to almost nothing. He is very busy, but squeezed me in. He explained what he was doing, and I immediately felt comfortable.

I was fortunate enough to have an appointment with Shawn today. I have so much going on my left hip, sciatica, leg etc. Shawn was able to pinpoint painful areas and release built up tension. Everything felt tight and now it feels loose.

I booked an appointment with Aaron yesterday. I have been dealing with back and hip pain for years. Aaron listened to exactly what was going on, he was very professional and easy to work with. This was my first experience with massage therapy and now definitely won’t be my last.

★★★★★ — Noah, Jun 2026

Shawn is amazing! I came in with a forearm issue and he ended up fixing that. He then noticed an issue with my shoulder that I didn’t even know I had… fixed that. Then I mentioned another issue with tightness in my right hamstring and he fixed that.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
