From the reviews

Kelsey is an amazing and knowledgeable therapeutic massage therapist. She is thoughtful yet directed on how she helps you with your specific issues. She is also sweet, warm and welcoming. She and her office environment reflect that.

★★★★★ — Pamela, Dec 2024

I've gone to Kelsey for months. Best massage therapist I've ever had. Knowledgeable, adaptable, and genuinely improves how my muscles function. I'm in the gym everyday so I get aches and pains that nag and can compound.

★★★★★ — Rusty, Feb 2024

Kelsey was amazing! She ended up having a cancellation and was able to fit me in right away last minute! Her technique is very thorough and specific depending on your needs. I’ve struggled with bad migraines from multiple concussions and Kelsey was very knowledgeable about what areas need work on for migraines.

★★★★★ — Kirsten, Dec 2024

Kelsey is an exceptionally professional and talented massage therapist. She continually makes sure you are comfortable during your session. She gives not only a relaxing massage, but a productive one. I feel so much better after seeing Kelsey!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
