“She has created a space with a Zen feel combined with a relaxing afternoon on the beach vibe.”
From the reviews
I have had many therapeutic massages with Jen. She has created a space with a Zen feel combined with a relaxing afternoon on the beach vibe. The ocean waves audio combined with the slight vibrations of her massage table along with Jen's quiet strength and positive energy transfer leads to a restorative session that…
I had never heard of Myfascial release before, until it was suggested by a friend I train with for muscle stiffness & pain. Jennifer was great at explaining the process and getting my muscles, joints & body feeling the way they should. Stretching no longer comes with pain. 5 Stars!
Jen is truly a magician in the wildest ways. I leave every session feeling so much better, happier, and more connected to my body then I ever knew was possible. She has such a gift of reading exactly what you need and I am so, so happy I found her!
I went to Jen and had an amazing session!! She got the vibrations in my body to settle and stop so I finally had peace in my body 💗 absolutely magical
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
