From the reviews

Dr. Elizabeth is generous with her time and knowledge. Every session is full of information about my body, self care and healing. I feel heard, nurtured and taken care of. Many methods are provided, acupuncture , cupping , micro needling and Gua Sha.

★★★★★ — Joanne, Nov 2025

Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to acupuncture and how your body works with it. Every time I come in she knows exactly what needs attention, whether it’s my sinuses, digestive system, or stress levels. She has been the most helpful with my relaxation process and sinus issues.

★★★★★ — Thomas, Jun 2021

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have been visiting Elizabeth since last 3 years and always had incredible sessions with her. Her patience and her calmness is amazing. She will talk and ask you everything to know your body and mind properly.

★★★★★ — Kritika, Mar 2022

I have tried everything in the book to cure my chronic ear pain/swelling over the past two years and absolutely NOTHING was working. For someone who never believed in Eastern medicine, choosing to embark on the acupuncture route felt unnatural, but Elizabeth has quite literally saved my quality of life.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
