From the reviews

Aaron helped me the day after I was in a car accident. He did a thorough exam, asked pertinent questions, and treated me in acupuncture and cupping. He is so kind, thoughtful, and thorough in educating his clients for a complete healing experience.

The first treatment I received from Aaron was for labor induction. It was a stressful time but Aaron was such a calming presence. Since then I have been treated for pms and menstruation issues, he used a combination of herbs, acupuncture and moxibustion with great results.

★★★★★ — Carrie, Nov 2021

I partially tore my tendon off my toe. Was in a car accident. I couldn’t sleep I was in so much pain. Aaron gave me a very thorough examination. Explained everything so I can understand it. He made me feel very comfortable and within a few appointments. I was doing so much better. I would recommend Aaron to everyone!

★★★★★ — Anthony, May 2022

Came across Aaron’s practice by searching around. I read a lot about how he operates and through these reviews. It’s all true. Aaron obviously tailors his approach toward the patient he is seeing and takes time to understand what is physically bugging you.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
