Emily is Amazing at what she does! She is so warm and welcoming. I started seeing her as I was going thru my fertility journey and I swear her methods helped so much in the process. Each visit we go over what I wanted to work on and she never fails to deliver!
I've been coming to see Emily & Mona for about a year and my experience could not be better. Their magic touch heal any soreness or acute pain have been going on. My favorite service must be Lymphatic Sculpting massage with Mona. That service is my obsession. Mona seriously gave me my waist back after postpartum.
I absolutely loved my experience at Biorythm! From the moment you walk in, the calming décor and soothing music instantly help you relax and unwind. I had several prenatal massages as well as a postnatal massage, and each one was incredibly comfortable and restorative.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
