From the reviews

Dr. Quintana is a fantastic practitioner. He has been extremely thorough on all fronts of care. He is not just a chiropractor, he considers all aspects of your care. He has helped me figure out that I have an autoimmune disease through blood tests.

★★★★★ — Kaya, Jun 2025

I saw Dr. Quintana through all 3 of my pregnancies and he helped so much getting me feeling comfortable especially when in the 3rd trimester. We did a lot of great work through adjustments and stretching creating space for the baby which I feel helped make my labors and deliveries go much faster and easier.

Dr. Q has been our family's go-to health and wellness resource for over five years, and there's simply no one else like him. His expertise and depth of knowledge are genuinely incredible. Whatever we bring to him, he has an answer, a plan, or a referral that actually makes sense.

I've been seeing Dr. Mike at Mind Body Health Clinic for ongoing quad and adductor pain, and the results have been game-changing. What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
