Originally brought my wife here for her to get a massage and we came back the next month for me to try it out. Lili was my masseuse and she did an excellent job removing the knots on my back. I'm pretty tough to massage since my back is so super tight, but she was able to remove the knots.
Had a wonderful massage with Von! She found all the right spots and used just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend this wellness studio if you’re looking for a quality, therapeutic massage!
Absolutely amazing! I am in my third trimester of pregnancy, and before visiting Viride, I had never had a professional massage before. I was a little hesitant beforehand, but the whole experience left me completely speechless. I have never felt as relaxed and relieved as I was after the massage.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
