From the reviews

I have been a patient of Dr. Jess for just over a year now. Her treatments have impacted my life in such wonderful ways. I have fibromyalgia , among other things , and came to Jess after years of nothing helping my pain. Our consultation was thought provoking but not intimidating at all.

★★★★★ — Samantha, Oct 2025

I've seen Dr. Jess for a few sessions to address some pain and tightness in my upper back/shoulder, as well as some lingering weakness from a minor ankle injury. She has been awesome to work with and I can feel my mobility and overall comfort improving! Dr.

★★★★★ — Julia, May 2025

Jess has been such a BLESSING in my postpartum journey. I was having a lot of sensitivity and issues with scar tissue build up from my C Section incision and stretch marks. Her work on these tissues has transformed my stomach, the incision scar, and the sensitivity is gone, and I am only 6 months post partum!

★★★★★ — Tori, May 2025

Dr. Jess is fantastic! I am a 64 year old man who had been experiencing chronic knee pain for years following a ruptured quad injury and surgical repair. I was experiencing various levels of pain 3 to 4 times a week or more that was not only aggravating but it also continued to disrupt my normal sleep cycle.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
