From the reviews

My massage with Natalie was absolutely AMAZING! She gave an extremely thorough massage, focused on my problem areas and offered cupping and muscle scraping. I felt sooo much better when I left, like I could actually move again! Highly suggest Natalie and Bee Healed Massage

Tatem was so great 🥺 I went for the first time recently, and I’ve only had one previous other massage experience to compare it to, but she was kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable! She was also super receptive to feedback, which I appreciate as someone who has trouble speaking up.

My sister and I went for the first time this weekend and I had the most glorious prenatal massage. I didn’t want to leave that cozy room! Natalie and Tatem were both absolutely awesome and we can’t wait to come back again soon. Thanks for making such a safe and cozy space!

Tatem was wonderful! It was my first massage since probablt 10years ago. She was so soft spoken and made me feel extremely comfortable. Being my first massage I loved how she walked me through what I should do. She was also extremely professional with unfolding the towel from the area she wanted to work on.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
