From the reviews

I can't say enough amazing things about Nicole and the care I've received from her over the last few months. I started seeing her when I was having a lot of anxiety and trouble sleeping due to personal factors.

★★★★★ — Kaitlin, Jun 2023

I had a phenomenal experience with Nicole. She was very thorough and kind while listening to my health concerns. The acupuncture was painless and the cupping was great! She also recommended a few different herbs, tinctures and teas that would help with my concerns!

★★★★★ — Aurora, Jun 2023

I loved my session with Nicole. I wish I lived closer to Austin to see her regularly for acupuncture or cupping! She listens, has great advice, is awesome at diagnostics, and makes you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend.

★★★★★ — Yourfriendangela, May 2022

Every time I walk into acupuncture with Nicole I want to burst into tears because I'm so happy to be there! I started seeing Nicole about 8 months ago, desperate for anything that would help me feel better. I was experiencing extreme fatigue due to hypothyroidism. I felt like a zombie all of the time.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
