From the reviews
Acupuncture helped my tennis elbow and my back (as well as cupping) a godsend for any athlete recommend Gregor to all who need relief for thise aches, pains and even more serious injuries.
I would certainly be a Mad Hatter if I settled for only half a cup of the delicious and intriguing teas of this wonderland Arogya! The selection is both exotic and holistic: I’m quite sure some aficionados have realized by now the remedial side effects of the infusing fixes!
I am so incredibly glad that we found this place! We’ve been to so many tea stores all over, and this has been one of our best experiences to date. I have been a patient of Arogya Holistic Healing & Tea since 2009. The care that I receive here stands in stark contrast to the disengaged experience of traditional “Western” medicine. Over the years I have come to confirm my belief that I get better results from accupuncture than most treatments by typical physicians.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
