From the reviews

Hands down the best massage of my life. Dynamic, innovative, and rich relief. I left feeling as though I'd recouped the benefits of 20 yoga classes in the space of an hour, yet exerted no effort of my own.

I’m a massage therapist myself, and to be honest, I’m very picky and particular about the work I receive. It takes a lot for me to truly relax on the table—I need to feel confident that the therapist really knows what they’re doing.

★★★★★ — Maggie, Mar 2026

I just completed my third session with Amanda yesterday & I’m not being dramatic when I say this place has changed my life! I have chronic neck, shoulder & back pain & chronic tension headaches & migraines as a result.

★★★★★ — Jessica, Jan 2026

This is the therapy for muscle pain and multiple knots I’ve been looking for! Miranda puts her all into the treatment she provides. She even uses her feet to apply perfect pressure and traction! My husband said he has NEVER felt my back with so few knots.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
