From the reviews

Sydney did an amazing job! I was tense from travel and came out feeling so relaxed. I was in town and just checked for a last minute appointment and thankfully got in. I immediately knew I would love this place just from the building. I love historical buildings and this place doesn't disappoint...

I love Avivage! Sarah is an amazing massage therapist!! She always listens to what I need and works on those areas. She has such a calming and kind demeanor, it is so wonderful and relaxing! The outside of the building blends in but upstairs they have a blissful calm oasis.

This was hands down the best couples massage I’ve ever had. Kieran and Ryah were amazing. From the moment we walked in, everything felt peaceful, calming, and welcoming. The atmosphere was perfect, and the massage itself was incredible — relaxing, therapeutic, and exactly what we needed.

★★★★★ — Cassie, May 2026

We had a wonderful experience getting a couples massage. The actual space is beautiful and feels very comfortable and cozy because of the old architecture —it feels like someone’s home. The massage itself was truly amazing. The massage therapists were very attentive and offered great insights about our bodies.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
