Why ZEN Massage And Spa is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “y type of massage that is performed on the back of an individual. The back is the posterior side of the human torso and starts just above the buttocks and ends just below the neck. Price:$45(30min)/$70(60min) Add On 1/1 Cupping Therapy…” source →

Set up and appointment now!! You will NOT be sorry! This place is fabulous, Kitty was wonderful. This was by far the best most relaxing massage I’ve ever gotten, it was 90 minutes of pure bliss! I could tell care for comfort and relaxation was something she took pride in providing!

Thai combo, ask for Nina. Not for the severely broken or in pain, but if you've not been injured go for it. I felt light as a feather walking to my car and shoulders will rest for days after. My 3rd time with Nina. She will address every muscle, tendon and ligament....

This very unassuming establishment is a Hemet hidden gem. I have been going here for years! The key to a good massage is communication. Do you want a nice, relaxing massage? Do you need some knots worked out? Be specific! Does it suck if an ambulance goes by? Sure, it's right on State St.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
