From the reviews
Amazing experience! I had a wonderful experience with Rene. He is attentive, kind, knowledgeable and professional. The massage he gave me after my rotator cuff surgery helped improve my flexibility and release a lot of pain. Highly recommended!
I had an incredible experience with Rene as my massage therapist. I felt completely at ease. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and tailored the session perfectly. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had!
I booked a massage due to intense migraines and head strain, and I’m so glad I did. The therapist was incredibly attentive and skilled—by the end of the session, I felt so much relief. My head felt lighter, the pressure had eased, and my overall tension melted away.
René is really great. He asks where you need the help or where you’re wanting him to work, and he has really great pressure. I like a lot of pressure and he was perfect. And he also found other spots on my body that need help that are contributing to the pain or problem areas I had.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
