The Hemet PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine location is a fantastic facility! It is very clean, roomy, and fully equipped with great equipment. The staff is extremely proficient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was my 2nd series of sessions here in the past three years.
I had a wonderful experience at PacificPro Physical Therapy! Erica was incredibly kind and took the time to truly understand my needs and concerns. The receptionists were also very friendly and understanding—they worked around my schedule, which made the whole process so much easier.
This is a five star therapy clinic. I have been to three other places in Hemet where they give you an exercise and leave to chat with other workers, I have never been left alone nor seen any other patient. I have been to Loma Linda PT for extended weeks and PacificPro has the same standards.
My first visit, I was very impressed. Staff was friendly, helpful and Amalia was great. I’m looking forward to my next visit. So far highly recommend PacificPro Physical Therapy.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
