From the reviews

I've been having both massage and chiropractic at this clinic. I have several injuries that I am dealing with (I work hard and play hard) I have seen most of their chiropracters and massage experts. Oh yeah, also accupunture.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and NEEDED something to relieve the pain. Wolf Chiro got me an appt very fast and worked with my insurance to get me approved for Prenatal massages as well. I can finally sleep and stand up without pain! Thank you Wolf Chiro and their wonderful office staff!

A great experience from Chiropractic with Colby, to Massage Therapy with Coleen. The staff is very helpful, and make you feel welcome at every visit. They work hard to stay current on VA referrals which can be time consuming. I highly recommend utilizing their services.

Dr. Nic Wolf is awesome! He’s really helped me with my neck and hip pain. Along with my adjustments, he also taught me some at home stretches that have helped significantly. It’s obvious he really cares about his patients and wants to help them recover. Thank you! 😁

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
