From the reviews

As a seventy four year old who has led an active life, I've acquired a few bumps and bruises along the way. I get regular massage treatments from Leticia. She has managed my pain expertly. She uses deep tissue techniques as well as fascia release.

Jill has amazing pressure! She knew exactly what muscles to work for the pain I've been in for over 7 months! Definitely going back!!

★★★★★ — Jennie, Dec 2019

Gloria is incredible! I have sesamoiditis which is a foot issue and she took the time to research the problem before my appointment so that she could best help me. Her massage was the first time I was optimistic my issue would eventually heal.

★★★★★ — Perry, Dec 2025

Jill does an incredible job! She knows her stuff and is an expert at relieving tension and pain. My wife and I have both loved her massages and will be going back for sure!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
