From the reviews

After being told by two doctors that my FSH was too high to have a baby and that the only way would be a donated egg, or of course adoption, I read "The Infertility Cure" and then went to see Colleen here. In less than 3 months, I was pregnant and today my 3 1/2 year old is so healthy and happy!!!

★★★★★ — Heather, Aug 2014

I had some how injured my radial nerve which runs down my left arm. The pain was so intense the doctors PA had put me on a strong narcotic for relief as it was going to take over a month to actually get in front of the doctor.

★★★★★ — John, Oct 2013

I started seeing Dr. Coleen in January of 2022 because I had recently come off birth control and been diagnosed with PCOS. From the very first visit I could tell she was 100% on my team. My previous doctors made pcos seem like something I just had to live with but with Coleen that wasn’t the case.

★★★★★ — Melissa, Aug 2023

I’ve been seeing Dr. Johanna Butler for acupuncture, and I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly compassionate, patient, and friendly, which makes every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. Her level of care and attention is truly exceptional.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
