From the reviews
I can’t recommend Dr.Leah’s practice enough! She has been helping me with back/neck muscle tension through acupuncture, massage and cupping. I’ve been seeing her regularly for about 6 weeks and am already seeing major improvements to how my body feels day to day.
Leah is unmatched! She is deeply passionate about her work and approaches every case with a keen interest and honesty in how she will be able to support you. She gives so much attention and care. They always leave feeling significantly better.
I cannot express my gratitude and praise for Dr. Leah and this practice enough. I came to Dr. Leah with intense chronic muscle tightness, that had now for the first time in my life began spreading to the palms of my hands.
Can't recommend enough! Dr. Lind-White is so knowledgable, and really helped me understand my own biomechanics to provide personalized recommendations and treatment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
