What clients say about the cupping here
“Rola is professional, respectful, discreet and kind, as well as having knowledge about anatomy, physiology and herbal medicine.”
“I've been with him for several years and he has helped me so much with pain, vertigo, help with sleep, help to calm my muscles and so much more!”
From the reviews
I have been a patient of Daniel Rola for about 3 years and find him a wonderful acupuncturist. I have arthritis in my hips and a hairline fracture on one of my vertebrae and find his treatment greatly relieves the pain.
I have been a patient of Daniel Rola's for some time now and I always feel better after my visits with him. He is always professional and provides a safe place for care!
After a year of hand therapy for severe chronic De Quervain's tenosynovitis, I was referred to surgery and thought I would try acupuncture as a last resort. I began working with Daniel Rola and 3 months later my De Quervain's was healed. I have continued to work with Mr.
Daniel is an amazing acupuncturist! I've been with him for several years and he has helped me so much with pain, vertigo, help with sleep, help to calm my muscles and so much more! He is really much better than other practitioners that i have used; he has spoiled me for anytime else!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
