We love Drs Jamie and Lori. Our entire family has been seeing them for years and have had nothing but great experiences. I've personally enjoyed the chiropractic services in addition to the dry needling, cupping, and more. Would highly recommend for any family and they are great with kids. ❤️
I have been to a number of chiropractors over the years and most of them helped. That said, Whitley Chiropractic is totally different in a good way. I was looking at surgery for a bulged disc. I spent a lot of time on line, looking and they were one of my top 2 choices based on approach and capabilities.
Excellent care, and very nice people. They are very transparent with where you are, where you need to be, and the cost. I am 30yrs old, and in construction business, I've had minor pains but a family history of back problems made me want to check it out.
Whitley Chiropractic deserves 10 Stars. They have a kind and caring staff. Both Dr. Jamie and Dr. Lorie are experts in their field. I feel so much better after treatment. They do more than just realignment of the spine, they are definitely a wellness center!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
