From the reviews
Noelia has a gifted healing touch. She truly loves what she does and it shows. I can attest that she has helped me immensely. I had my first lymphatic drainage massage. It was phenomenal, I lost 7 pounds of water weight and my tummy was flatter the following day!
I have been going to Noelia monthly for a year, She is very knowledgeable and skilled in her trade. I had chronic hip, through deep tissue massage and cupping she made a great difference in pain and mobility. She is more than a masseuse she is a healer. I am grateful I found her!
If you haven't been touched by Noelia, RUN to her NOW!!! 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️ Noelia is extremely knowledgeable in massage therapy and the entire human anatomy. She works on areas in my body I had no idea ached nor needed attention. Plus gives you an explanation as to why it's sore. I cannot wait for my next beating!
First time and was impressed! Heated massage table was a nice touch. Fantastic massage! Lisa, knows all the pressure points, and is very accommodating to her customer's needs. I have already booked my next session!
Booking hijama (wet cupping) at N.W.C.C. Massage Therapy
N.W.C.C. Massage Therapy comes up as a provider that offers hijama — wet cupping, where the skin is lightly punctured after suction so a small amount of blood is drawn. If you're booking hijama specifically, a few things are worth asking before you go. First, sterility is everything — a reputable practitioner uses a fresh, single-use kit (new blades and cups) for every client and follows clean, gloved technique. It's completely fair to ask how they handle this. Second, many people booking hijama want a same-gender practitioner — ask whether that can be arranged. Third, ask about aftercare and whether they observe particular days if that matters to you.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
