Kelly has always been very attentive to any issues I bring up. She always finds the cause of my pain, even with the little information I give her. She knows the right amount of pressure but will check and make sure it’s not too much.

Kelly is a professional massage therapist and it shows in her results. I've been a client for close to 5 years I believe and have always felt much better coming out than going in. I don’t many reviews but I had to do this one. I had a serious issue with my left shoulder where the muscle disconnected from my shoulder and dropped to my bicep 3 years ago. My doc had me do PT and it got better but 3 years later, my husband and I decided to begin yoga again in January.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
